Bharat Bazar Establishes itself early as Downtown Fremont Projects Gets Underway
At Bharat Bazar we have been a part of the Fremont Community for decades and now that this amazing city is in the works of creating a proper downtown, we couldn't be happier.
We can already see the downtown coming to life right before our eyes. We can see the developers and contractors working hard to create a better community. It's endearing to see our city building its own identity, its own culture and a reason that other patrons of the Bay will want to come experience what makes our city awesome.
Just in-front of our store which is located on 3400 Mowry Avenue - every Friday, Fremont Eats graces the city with a variety of food trucks with food from all over the globe. For more information check out the Fremont Street Official Website. Make sure you check it out!
Bharat Bazar, Whole Foods and Boudin Bakery to name a few stores are the early adopters to what Fremont will eventually become. Cliff Nguyen, the city’s urban initiatives manager said in an article “We want to create a social heart for the city."
Fremont is the Bay Area's 4th most populous city and the downtown area has about 2.5 million square feet of space. Downtown Fremont will have it's own character but if you need a visual to see the future of this city - check out the pic below. It reminds us of Santana Row.
How we will contribute
At Bharat Bazar Fremont we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest produce and quality ingredients. We will continue to do just that. Although we pride ourselves on serving the Indian community, our store has become much more. Fremont's diverse market has created an opportunity for us to deliver a wide selection of products.
If you come by and we don't carry what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to ask. We are here to serve the community, because without you there isn't one.
See what we have to offer. We'd love to see you.
